Refund and Returns Policy

Return and Refund Policy

At Trix Repro & Print, we strive to deliver high-quality print products that meet your expectations. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is designed to address your concerns promptly and fairly.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized print products, perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

  • Initiation: To initiate a return, contact us at info@trixreproprint.co.ke with your order details and reason for return.
  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure the item’s safe return.

3. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approval: If approved, refunds will be processed within 48 working hours to your original payment method.
  • Partial Refunds: Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error may receive partial refunds.

4. Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items: We replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at info@trixreproprint.co.ke to arrange an exchange.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Processing Time: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as processing times can vary.
  • Contact Us: If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at info@trixreproprint.co.ke.

6. Gifts

  • Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we’ll send a refund to the gift giver.

7. Shipping Returns

  • Responsibility: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Shipping Service: For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
